Jan and Jim both grew up at Wrightsville Beach and earned degrees at UNCW. After living briefly in other areas, they both knew that Wilmington would be their forever home. Their love of the area is evidenced in the enjoyment they take in showing locals and newcomers our beautiful beaches, historic downtown, and neighborhoods that you might not find without a local guide. Among the many local interests, Jan proudly invests and devotes her time actively helping to develop and preserve Historic Wilmington as a board member of the Historic Wilmington Foundation. Continuing her passion for preserving and maintaining the history and importance of the Cape Fear area Jan devotes her time as the President of the Wrightsville Beach Museum of History. With passion, importance, and understanding of the complexities of any real estate transactions, the invaluable resources as Realtors cannot be underestimated.
